Resolve Install Error - 0x80070103 Windows 11 Pro

***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

Please help me to resolve this matter.

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

    This fixed the Windows 11 update issue:

    This stopped working after a few Update cycles.

    Time for Microsoft to fix this issue and have the same problem on two machines.

    odd - the issue with my HP Pavillon went away by itself earlier this afternoon. Just checked and the update function does not give an error (18:20 UTC+1).

    As I told before, they have acknowledged it "internally" and are looking into it.

    I'll update this post if I hear anything from them.
