Resolve Install Error - 0x80070103 Windows 11 Pro

***UPDATE, I DID NOTHING AND TONIGHT MY COMPUTER NO LONGER SHOWS THESE ERRORS. MICROSOFT MUST HAVE FIXED IT***

Please help me to resolve this matter.

The troubleshooting steps I see listed do not work with an updated current Surface Laptop 4.

    Microsoft has fixed the issue most of us were having. Run your troubleshooter, Use the feedback hub to send the issue to Microsoft, Try restarting your pc.

    Do we have solution from MS as i still cannot use update, as there is a stuck update, that for 12 hours has shown 100% download but not executed!
