I have the same issue. Norton is the issue and turning off VPN fixes it.
Windows 11 network shows "connected no internet access" but I am online, can connect to most websites, but some win apps think I'm offline and do not work

Over the past few days my win 11 PC network connection started showing connected but no internet access status. I can get online and access most websites, but some windows apps like Spotify thinks I am offline and will not work. I think this may have happened after the most recent Win update. Have run network troubleshooter and rebooted my modem with no effect. See several references to this issue in Win 10 but nothing for Win 11., Very frustrating and would love to hear some possible fixes from the community.

i once did change some coding tho. since then it started also even if the internet is connected in the bar down the screen it doesnt show it

I also have Norton360 as my protection and I also had the VPN switched to "ON". Once I switched it off my issue was corrected. Does this mean that Norton VPN doesn't work correctly????
