Windows 11 network shows "connected no internet access" but I am online, can connect to most websites, but some win apps think I'm offline and do not work

Over the past few days my win 11 PC network connection started showing connected but no internet access status. I can get online and access most websites, but some windows apps like Spotify thinks I am offline and will not work. I think this may have happened after the most recent Win update. Have run network troubleshooter and rebooted my modem with no effect. See several references to this issue in Win 10 but nothing for Win 11., Very frustrating and would love to hear some possible fixes from the community.

    I tries it and ot said it couldn't find a file for it. What am I meant to do now?

    What works for me, but is no solution:
    when connecting my smartphone via usb (because my motherboard does not have wifi) and use it as modem instead of my AVM FritzBox EVERYTHING works as you'd expect.
    Login, downloading stuff, starting games from gamepass, … and that very quick!

    But i will neither download Forza Horizon using mobile data not plug my phone everytime I wanna play something that requires me to log into microsoft apps.

    I then tried from opening ports (TCP: 53, 80, 3074; UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500, exposed hosts, to UPnP … nothing did the trick for me.

    And I have no clue how my local setup differs from my mobile data connection.

    Having spoken to a number of PC repair agents, all say the same, it is quite widespread ever since one of the H2 updates several months back and issue not been resolved, they all say same advice, roll back or restore..

    Scratch that, the issue has returned. What's more it has now been seen on my personal desktop (Windows 11 Pro) and 2 work laptops, one on Windows 10 one on 11. I spoke with a work colleague today who is also experiencing the issue on a Windows 11 work laptop.

    What I found out so far is that it seems to be a issue with windows and my router. Using my smartphones mobile datal inked via usb-c instead of a LAN cable, everything works like a charm and stays like that for 24h even when switching back to cable.

    I then tried opening all ports for windows store,enabled upnp, tried exposed host, tied to use ipv6 only, ipv4 only, toggling teredo filter or what's called, ... nothing

    I'm using a fritzbox 6660 Cable

    And before you think, it might be related to the usb/network port or smth: using my smartphone without mobile data, but to forward my wifi, also leads to the same issue.
