Medion running Windows 11 - I have the same problem
Same issue. No incompatible drivers are listed. Dell Inspiron 5502.
Dell Inspiron 7590 here and I have the same issue.
I had this problem as well, with these specific drivers from Logitech. RAPR found the .inf files but couldn't delete them. I opened the file locations for the .inf files for the Logitech 910 camera and changed the ownership from system to me, gave myself full permission, and deleted them. However, all that did was removed the three files from the incompatible driver list, which is now empty. I still cannot turn on memory integrity.
I have same problem -- the supposedly problem drivers are not really there to be deleted (which MS says not to do, anyway). I have a Lenovo machine.
