I had a long discussion with a level 2 technician at Logitech. According to him:
- Logitech and Microsoft are aware of the problem.
- There are some drivers written by Microsoft but used by some Logitech devices that are incompatible, but are not detected by the scan for incompatible drivers.
My own observations:
- I asked several of my friends to see if memory integrity is enabled on their computers and most have reported that it is not, and they did not know it.
- I am baffled by the fact that Microsoft has taken so long to let users know what is going on, what is being done to fix the problem and what are the consequences of having memory integrity off.
