My Win 10 machine has upload speeds under 1Mbps when using an Ethernet connection. Wireless upload speed is 15-20Mbps. Safe mode Etnernet connection is also 15-20Mbps. Here's what I've tried: Install latest network card driver Run the network troubleshooter - no problems found Followed the netsh and ipconfig commands at https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/upload-speed-is-slow-only-on-win-10/fd9c7c38-c84d-4791-a77d-c480fea05875 Reset connections via Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset Any other ideas?

Hmm... I thought I had fixed this with the Major Geeks uninstaller but today I noticed the Killer software was back! With the Major Geeks uninstaller, I use the first two buttons to Scan and Remove the Killer software. Then when I click on the Disable button, I get a message that says "---Disabling Killer Software (Service and KCC)---" and that's all that ever happens. Does that mean it's not finishing that process? Thanks!

Excellent! After a few days of messing about this solved my problem too! Only thing is it switches back on when I restart my pc! How do I keep it switched off? I had this same problem - a reboot would turn on the priortization engine. Found this solution from the Intel Community ( https://community.intel.com/t5/Ethernet-Products/Killer-Intelligence-Center-Slow-Upload-Speed/m-p/1482295/highlight/true#M33158) TLDR version: run the Killer Software Uninstaller at https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/killer_software_uninstaller.html I ran it about a week ago, have rebooted multiple times, and the upload speeds have remained consistently high.

Updating the Killer app to latest version does not fix the issue. I found this article https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058906/wireless/wireless-software.html and discovered that doing the manual uninstall steps of the clean install instructions fixed it permanently. Remove and do not reinstall the Killer app. Of course, as we all know individual results may vary so please don't flame me if it doesn't work the same for you :D Works fine with this Killer version 3.1423.302.1 as long as Killer Prioritization Engine is set to Off. 🤷♂️ I did not need to uninstall or do any other settings change. 😉
