Windows 11 Home Windows Security shows alert because Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is Off.

How to enable Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist when it is greyed out as shown in following screenshot?

    Thanks for the note, but it would be much more helpful if we know what needs to be fixed (or to download a patch from MS) rather than calling MS and let someone else to operate with the system remotely. Who can assure us that every single MS help gal/guy would know what to do and do the same? Thanks anyway for your time and effort. _i

    In my case "enable greyed-out Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist which is shown as Security Alert in Taskbar" is pretty clear. With all due respect, what more is needed please?

    The issue is that the button does not work (stays grey when selected) and the option cannot be turned to “on”.

    HI, In my case if I turn OFF memory integrity, it turns ON vulnerable driver blocklist.

    This is a new issue but it appears to be a glitch in the system.

    I also note which could be an issue??? a request for me to install "Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741"

    but it will not allow installation, possibly because its dated 2/10/2017

    Cant delete this either?

    So who do I turn to for help? Was expecting to be flooded with answers to these two issues.

    so where else do I go please

    I am experiencing the same issue on my LG Gram laptop with Windows 11. You get a Windows security warning "Actions Recommended" in the taskbar. Vulnerable driver blocklist ON is grayed out in ON position when you try to fix it. The only thing that allows it to be turned on properly is turning OFF Memory Integrity which is not advisable.

    I have checked all the common Windows 11 fixes for the issue including: Windows update, registry settings, turning off smart app control. Many of us have the same issue on different computers so this appears to be a common bug. Please advise

    1. Is this just a bug in the Windows 11 GUI, or something to be concerned about?
    2. Is Microsoft is actively address the issue?

    Same issue but if this is a known one and Microsoft Support have provided an individual or two with a 'fix' shouldn't they be providing a 'fix' for all rather than expecting multiple individuals to contact them one by one?

    Come on Microsoft you ARE better than this - please help.
