Windows 11 Home Windows Security shows alert because Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is Off.

How to enable Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist when it is greyed out as shown in following screenshot?

    Hi

    Cannot access updates as it shows I have an update is available but get this message ( Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741) Error 0x80070103 never had that before

    The problem is Micro Vulnerable Driver blocklist option is grayed out

    Yes that was happening to me so I talked with a Microsoft tech who I allowed to remote to my computer and they ascertained it was a Microsoft bug and nothing to do with my computer. She took care of the problem. Contact Microsoft to fix the issue.
