Windows 11 Home Windows Security shows alert because Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is Off.

How to enable Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist when it is greyed out as shown in following screenshot?

    This information is well written and it appears that it is a solution which is great for many, but at 74 years of age, I am terrified to attempt it. I am pretty good with computers and have been for 25 years, but this worries me.

    Sadly this should be done by Microsoft, but getting through to them is impossible. Given it is a known issue, I would have thought they would have fixed it by now, given they have caused the problem.

    Ah that sounds great but the issue how does one get to actual speak to a real Microsoft technician. They make it very hard to speak to humans. Can you give us the number?
