So this appears to be discriminatory, Microsoft will fix the issue individually (If you can contact them) and the hell with the rest of us.? At 74 years of age, I had the micro students access and it worked real fine, but after getting the usual pop up ads for the latest offering, paid and downloaded it, and this is what I get?

Anyone know the rout to getting an individual from the tech team to assist me please?

Also perhaps some media coverage might help us all

    Thank you teddyboyfromoz.

Regarding the latter, current security concern yes it is a worry.

Part of Microsoft's sales blurb is how secure there systems are yet they know about this, have fixed individual cases but not we the masses. How do they reconcile the blurb with the reality of insecurity - they cannot.

Come along Microsoft, get your act together for us, your reputation and your future sales.

Hi, The first of the problems has been fixed, the old update from 1979.

But the later one concerning security has not been.

Its still a worry as we are warned about a possible security issue, yet the fault is Microsoft and so many of us are effected

Like many others, I am concerned about my security. If I get scammed or similar, can legal action be taken against Microsoft. It appears this is a common issue, so why not send out a fix or at least an email to all saying that Micro is on to it and fix to follow?

Still no fix that works for my question asked on May 8th. Please reach out to me with a fix or a contact. I repeat the issue is below. Thank you.

I am experiencing the same issue on my LG Gram laptop with Windows 11. You get a Windows security warning "Actions Recommended" in the taskbar. Vulnerable driver blocklist ON is grayed out in ON position when you try to fix it. The only thing that allows it to be turned on properly is turning OFF Memory Integrity which is not advisable.

I have checked all the common Windows 11 fixes for the issue including: Windows update, registry settings, turning off smart app control. Many of us have the same issue on different computers so this appears to be a common bug. Please advise

    1. Is this just a bug in the Windows 11 GUI, or something to be concerned about?
    2. Is Microsoft is actively address the issue?

If more information is required reach out to me.
