Yes that was happening to me so I talked with a Microsoft tech who I allowed to remote to my computer and they ascertained it was a Microsoft bug and nothing to do with my computer. She took care of the problem. Contact Microsoft to fix the issue.

Old fashioned selling had at its heart a desire to please the customer and win further business down the track. These days it is an unknown issue. Pay your money and next customer please. At 74 you get used to being invisible to staff in shops. My last computer was sold to me, without all I needed or made any attempt to find out what I wanted and needed.

When I contacted Microsoft on the issue previously discussed via their page, as soon as I informed them about the issue, I was pushed on up the line.

Microsoft is big enough to have a section only for Senior customers to assist them. I rarely need help, but have to look at their fact pages that rarely have what I need.

The problem is Micro Vulnerable Driver blocklist option is grayed out
