(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

McAfee is still installed.
The last BSOD was due to mfehidk.sys which is a McAfee driver.
After you uninstall McAfee, run the McAfee Consumer Product Removal tool (MCPR):

mcafee is uninstalled, but i can't find(in the web or in my pc) the removal tool, you have a direct link or something?(nevermind, found it)
alright, all my problems fixed...but there´s one final straw:
now the pc ocasionally freeze(not crashing, just freezing), i can do something about it, something like a dump text or anything?
Could you provide a bit more information regarding the freezing? Are you doing anything in particular that triggers the freeze, gaming, browsing files on your drive, etc? Does the system eventually recover/unfreeze, or do you need to restart the computer.
After all the BSODs it would be a good idea to check the integrity of and repair system files. From an admin Command Prompt run:
Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
and
sfc /scannow
Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support
You could try clean booting the computer to see if third party software is triggering the freeze. Pay special attention to where it says to Hide all Microsoft services.
