I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

    i tried to find the intel extreme tuning utility, but nothing

    See if any of these instructions work to uninstall the XTU:

    Remove these entries related to the XTU:

    Run Autoruns as administrator

    In the Quick Filter box enter: xtu

    Right click on each of the entries found and delete

    In the Quick Filter box enter: overc

    Delete that entry

    Reset the BIOS to default. It should be similar to:

    The only 3rd party drivers present in the faulting thread were from McAfee. You could try uninstalling McAfee and see if Windows no longer crashes.

    Another possibility is to enable verifier which should flush out misbehaving drivers.

    The instructions are applicable to Windows 11. Take special note of the instructions regarding disabling it, particularly for cases where the system crashes before loading into Windows.
