I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

    I need the actual dumps, like C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\041323-13875-01.dmp and any other *.dmp files.

    Go to https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-gaming-15-dk1000-laptop-pc-series/32885566/model/35801064?sku=10G81LA&serialnumber=CND1217HXC 

    and download the NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver + Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver - Comet Lake.

    Download DDU.

    Disconnect your internet until after everything has been reinstalled

    Run DDU, select all the NVIDIA options and have it uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver.

    Uninstall Intel storage from Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps.

    Restart the computer.

    Install the graphics and storage drivers.

    thanks for all the help by the way, but the problem stills, the reason of the crashers is a failed check of a thing called "XTU3SERVICE" and "nvlddmkm.sys"

    The Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility still seems to be installed, please uninstall it. At present there are signs of undervolting.

    Then reset the BIOS to optimized defaults

    Also provide an Autoruns log.

    Unzip and run Autoruns64.exe and accept the license agreement

    When it finishes scanning, go to File > Save - Save the *.arn log

    Share the log on OneDrive, Google Drive, or a similar file sharing service
