If you've uninstalled the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, wait before you go messing with any other drivers. to see if the system has now stabilized.

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

Test by reproducing the conditions under which it was previously crashing. If it still crashes, Go to C:\Windows\Minidump, zip all the dumps and share on OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox etc. Post a link to the dumps with your reply.
