I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

    I don't have the dump cuz the pc didn't crashed, but the thing i wanted to tell you is that the "re-install the driver" thing didn't worked(all being the same).

    Another tip can you give me, please?

    Which driver are you talking about? If it's the XTU driver, just uninstall the Intel XTU then reinstall it, though I think it better left uninstalled while the computer is still crashing.

    You mean to uninstall the xtu driver updates?(because their fabric name is "generic software component" and i still couldn't find the specific xtu app))
