I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

    If you've uninstalled the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, wait before you go messing with any other drivers. to see if the system has now stabilized.

    The XTU overclocking is a common cause of BSODs.

    Hello Cristobal,

    I get it. I had the same problem with XTU.

    Something wasn't right, I uninstalled all the utilities, and then uninstalled the drivers.

    Even so some of the drivers were always somewhere in C:\Windows...

    Try everything at your disposal, then let us know.
