I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

I thought Intel XTU had been uninstalled. It seems some HP bloatware/software must be reinstalling it. Post a screenshot showing where this device tab is.

alright, now the xtucomponent's in the "device" tab says "The driver (service) for this device has been disabled. an alternate driver must be providing the functionality"

everything must be working, right?

You've got the driver listed on the support page for your computer. The alternative is to download a more recent driver from NVIDIA.

If your NVIDIA is GTX 1050 then it will be this driver:

Run Autoruns as administrator, then in the Quick Filter box enter: iocbios2.sys

Uncheck that entry then restart the computer.

If that makes no difference, enable Verifier -
