I had some problems with this drivers

(it makes my pc crash when i play hq games like GTA V or Teardown), the text says "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38) The driver was not loaded because an older version of the driver still exists in memory.".Can you help me with that, guys?

    Go into Settings > Apps > Installed Apps and uninstall the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

    Hello Cristobal,

    You could disable the drivers by right clicking them "Disable Device" or try the following:

    1. Go to each device on 'Properties', then go to 'Events'; there should be the .inf file for each driver -- note it.
    2. Open PowerShell as administrator and type: pnputil /delete-driver YOUR_INF /uninstall /force

    Replace YOUR_INF above for each of the drivers you want to uninstall.

    When it was re-installed it should be a different new driver(without the error) but I think this was not your case.

    Apologies. I ran out of ideas. But don't worry, maybe another community Advisor has a new solution. Someone will be with you soon.

    I tried all the options, but every time I uninstall them and restart my pc, all the drivers are always reinstalled... what can I do now?
