Hello! My name is Mostafa, and I will try my best to assist you with this so that you find a satisfactory solution.

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Run the Bluetooth, Playing Audio, and Hardware and Devices troubleshooters. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth, Playing Audio, and Hardware and Devices.
    2. Disconnect unnecessary peripherals and update your OS, drivers, and apps to the latest version.
    3. Remove and re-pair the Bluetooth device:

    a. Go to the Start menu, open Settings, and select "Devices".

    b. Click on "Bluetooth & devices" on the left panel.

    c. Locate your Bluetooth speaker in the list of devices and click on it.

    d. Select "Remove device" and confirm the action.

    f. Put your Bluetooth speaker in pairing mode according to its instructions.

    e. On your Windows 11 computer, click on "Add Bluetooth or other device".

    h. Choose "Bluetooth" and wait for your speaker to appear in the list.

    i. Select your speaker and follow the prompts to complete the pairing process.

    1. Clear Bluetooth cache:

    a. Open the Start menu, type "Device Manager", and select it from the search results.

    b. Expand the "Bluetooth" category.

    c. Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device".

    d. Check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Uninstall".

    f. Restart your computer.

    d. After the restart, Windows will reinstall the Bluetooth driver automatically.

Search Change system sound in the taskbar search and select it, go to the Playback tab, check your Bluetooth speaker is available, and set it as default.

If you still have issues, please try your speaker with another PC to check if it works properly.

If the above steps do not help, reach out to me, and I will be happy to help and try my best to resolve your issue. Thank you.

    Best,

    Mostafa

I'm sorry to hear that. Please go to Device Manager by searching in the taskbar, uninstall all adopters or devices under Bluetooth, restart the PC, and let pc install again, or download the driver and install it manually. You can connect your speaker as sound output.

    Turn 0ff Handsfree Telephony.

Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Select Devices and Printers >Right-click on your Bluetooth audio device >Select Properties >Go to the Services tab >Turn off Handsfree Telephony (untick the checkbox) >Save the new settings.

Try manually selecting Creative Stage Air V2 as the default output speaker in the ‘Sound’ setting.

    Keep me posted. Thank you.

Creative Stage Air V2 does not come with driver, I checked their official website, they do list this speaker as windows 11 compatible, and it did work for a period of time before just all of sudden stop working one day

I did not see "Hardware and Sound" on the control panel

"Sound" and "Devices and Printers" are two different tabs I found

There's no "Handsfree Telephony" in the property tab

Just had the same problem, I just tried going to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Playback.
Realized that my audio device was "Disabled", so I enabled it and it worked. Maybe it's not the solution for everyone, but worked for me.
