windows 11 does not recognize my bluetooth speaker as an audio device

My Bluetooth speaker Creative Stage Air 2 suddenly stopped being recognized as an audio by Windows 11, windows 11 will connect it as a Bluetooth device but not as an audio device

I try to disconnect it and reconnect through the system - sound - pair new output device - did not work, it'll connect to Windows but not as an audio device

    followed all steps and unfortunately, it's still not being connected as a sound output device

    the speaker works fine with my Windows 10 work laptop without extra settings needed

    I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Run the Bluetooth, Playing Audio, and Hardware and Devices troubleshooters. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth, Playing Audio, and Hardware and Devices.
    2. Disconnect unnecessary peripherals and update your OS, drivers, and apps to the latest version.
    3. Remove and re-pair the Bluetooth device:

    a. Go to the Start menu, open Settings, and select "Devices".

    b. Click on "Bluetooth & devices" on the left panel.

    c. Locate your Bluetooth speaker in the list of devices and click on it.

    d. Select "Remove device" and confirm the action.

    f. Put your Bluetooth speaker in pairing mode according to its instructions.

    e. On your Windows 11 computer, click on "Add Bluetooth or other device".

    h. Choose "Bluetooth" and wait for your speaker to appear in the list.

    i. Select your speaker and follow the prompts to complete the pairing process.

    1. Clear Bluetooth cache:

    a. Open the Start menu, type "Device Manager", and select it from the search results.

    b. Expand the "Bluetooth" category.

    c. Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select "Uninstall device".

    d. Check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Uninstall".

    f. Restart your computer.

    Search Change system sound in the taskbar search and select it, go to the Playback tab, check your Bluetooth speaker is available, and set it as default.
