Has this problem been solved yet for everyone?
I still have the exact same issue, only in the Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Playback I cannot "enable" my device. The option is there, but nothing happens when I select enable.

My Bluetooth speaker Creative Stage Air 2 suddenly stopped being recognized as an audio by Windows 11, windows 11 will connect it as a Bluetooth device but not as an audio device
I try to disconnect it and reconnect through the system - sound - pair new output device - did not work, it'll connect to Windows but not as an audio device

2023-09-06T12:21:50+00:00 I have the same problem and nothing seems to work as a solution. I would just connect my Creative Stage Air V2 with USB but not having bluetooth connectivity with my PC is very annoying.. Have you found a workable solution?

2023-09-01T13:41:21+00:00 Just had the same problem, I just tried going to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Playback.
Realized that my audio device was "Disabled", so I enabled it and it worked. Maybe it's not the solution for everyone, but worked for me. -

2023-05-27T20:39:01+00:00 Creative Stage Air V2 does not come with driver, I checked their official website, they do list this speaker as windows 11 compatible, and it did work for a period of time before just all of sudden stop working one day
I did not see "Hardware and Sound" on the control panel
"Sound" and "Devices and Printers" are two different tabs I found
There's no "Handsfree Telephony" in the property tab

2023-05-20T02:56:12+00:00 I'm sorry to hear that. Please go to Device Manager by searching in the taskbar, uninstall all adopters or devices under Bluetooth, restart the PC, and let pc install again, or download the driver and install it manually. You can connect your speaker as sound output.
Turn 0ff Handsfree Telephony.
Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Select Devices and Printers >Right-click on your Bluetooth audio device >Select Properties >Go to the Services tab >Turn off Handsfree Telephony (untick the checkbox) >Save the new settings.
Try manually selecting Creative Stage Air V2 as the default output speaker in the ‘Sound’ setting.
