download Snip and Sketch in Windows 11

I can't seem to find this. It didn't work on my initial install of Windows 11 and it was then deleted and I can't find where to reinstall. thanks.

    The ruler is there. Once you take a screenshot, select the ellipsis and select Show ruler or use Ctrl + R.

    Does anyone know of a way to get the Zoom feature back on the toolbar? So many clicks needed just to enlarge the snip...
