download Snip and Sketch in Windows 11

I can't seem to find this. It didn't work on my initial install of Windows 11 and it was then deleted and I can't find where to reinstall. thanks.

    The new snipping tool is utter rubbish, I wish they would bring back the Snip and Sketch

    The current snipping tool ver 11.2401.37.0 no longer has the ruler so this app has become completely useless. I need a tool that has a ruler in it.
