Windows 11 Snipping Tool has the ruler and those features? There must be version flavors, because the Win11 version I have is pen and highlighter only. Based on comments from others I feel like that's a more common version.

I can't seem to find this. It didn't work on my initial install of Windows 11 and it was then deleted and I can't find where to reinstall. thanks.
