When completing each step, check the result of the procedure/command. Not being solved, perform the next step.
Disconnect all devices
- Remove all USB devices and restart your computer.
Run SFC Scan
- Press Windows key, type "cmd".
- Right-click in Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator". Click "Yes".
- In cmd, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
- Wait for the end and restart your computer.
Scan your HD
- Press Windows key, type "cmd".
- Right-click in Command Prompt and select "Run as Administrator". Click "Yes".
- In cmd, type chkdsk and press Enter.
- Wait for the end and restart your computer.
Check you memory RAM
- Press Windows key and type "Windows Memory Diagnostic" and press Enter.
- Click to "Restart now and check for problems (recommended).
- During the process, check for any errors.
