The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Guys,

I see that some of you are having the same issue using Asus Mobo. I'm having the exact error but for me, the issue comes when I play Diablo 4. I can play and use my PC all day without any issues. Still, as soon as I play Diablo for a couple of minutes/hours I get that error amd3dvcacheSvc CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008.

To be honest I don't want to change my Mobo. No OC, using stuck settings, only using EXPO and did a Bios Update and Drivers.

    here is my system specs:

    7900X3D

    7900XTX

    64 GB RAM

    Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I read somewhere that ASUS has proprietary voltages that could be damaging equipment. Hopefully this isn't true. I really do hope you fix your rig. This problem was a nightmare for me, and that's why I tried to document as much as I could even though, in the end, it didn't seem to be helpful.

    The same issue exists now.

    My build:

    CPU: 7800x3d

    MOBO ROG B650E-F

    RAM: GSkill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 32G*2

    GPU ROG LC RTX4090

    PSU: RM1000x 1000w

    SSD: 980pro

    Windows 10

    Bios: B650E-F 1807 (Latest)

Crashes only happen during idling or using Chrome.

    No crash during hard gaming

No crash during AIDA64 stress test

No crash during 3Dmark benchmarking or stress testing

I believe it. It's pretty lame that they haven't even tried to fix this problem.

I have the same issue and am using an MSI B650 MAG Tomahawk - am processing an RMA currently. Will likely use the chance to upgrade to the x670e Tomahawk

RMAs are what worked for me. I assume you tried different bios versions and all that stuff. Hopefully, everything works out.
