The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: new 1300w power supply didn't help any at all. I fact, it seems to be crashing more frequently since I installed it. So that rules out the idea of it being a power issue.

Not sure where to turn to next. Will try and RMA the graphics card now.

Update: AMD replaced the chip with no problem. ASUS also replaced the board(finally). Both were defective. They didn't go into details. I received a refurbished ASUS board. AMD is sending a new chip. Maybe the original error is a sign of damage. Maybe not. They are pretty locked on explanations. So far there hasn't been an amd3dvcacheSvc error and the kernel 41 critical error since the chip and mobo swap. Hope this helps. Maybe some can try the RMA process to fix this issue. I know this isn’t the most graceful fix that some have been searching for. Good luck everyone.

Fingers crossed. Hopefully you nail it.

For the most part it works fine! Though today it did crash.

I'm starting to suspect these errors are a byproduct of the actual problem. Which I suspect is power related.

I've bought a new power supply (1300w up from 850w) which will arrive tomorrow. That should either prove or disprove that theory.

Will update again once more is known.

That's interesting. Keep us posted if you can to see if it stays that way.

Well, I undercloked my graphics card slightly, and back to being stable.
