The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

Im getting this error too. I just got the 7800x3d a few weeks ago. My issue I noticed is when I start the pc, If i join discord is may blue screen, if I open up twitch on startup it crashes. I dont know if this now related to an issue, but my hours in a game session, my keyboard, and headset would randomly now disconnect and rec-connect.

Anyone hear anything new about this issue? I've been getting it as well, a mix of BSOD errors and just restarting. I'm getting that amdcache error as well in event viewer, but I have no idea if that actually matters or not. Here are my specs:

    7800x3D

    Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite 1.2

    Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 RAM

    RTX 3070

UPDATE: Really weird, but another poster mention their computer only crashes and restarts when they leave it idle? I think that's happening to me too, left a Twitch stream running all night to test and in the morning no crash. Prior to this it was restarting basically nightly at some point

Mine was doing it on idle and during gameplay. It progressively got worse. I swapped pretty much every part. The final swap that fixed it was a different brand motherboard. Tbh I think it was just luck. I'm still using a beta version of the bios I believe from a little while back. Knowing what I know now I would say try updating your BIOS see if that works. Maybe reapply thermal paste on your CPU. If none of that works try to check out the Reddit thread that's buried someplace in this post. Good luck. I hope you can figure your issue out.

RMAs are what worked for me. I assume you tried different bios versions and all that stuff. Hopefully, everything works out.

I have the same issue and am using an MSI B650 MAG Tomahawk - am processing an RMA currently. Will likely use the chance to upgrade to the x670e Tomahawk
