It's weird having those issues and no one knows where its coming from.

I am replacing my CPU, mainboard and PSU now. I hope it will solve this error.

The reseller of my CPU said, it could be an issue of the CPU, but you said a new CPU didn't fix it...

We all having ASUS mainboards. Maybe the issue is connected to ASUS.

    My specs:

    AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

    ASUS ROG B650E-F Gaming

MSI 4070 TI Gaming X Trio

    32GB G Skill Trident Z5 CL30

    WINDOWS 10

I did manage to resolve my issue, but I had to buy a new motherboard. My problem had SOMETHING to do with the RAM, even though it was on the QVL. Sent the board back to ASUS and the replacement didn't have the same issue. As an added note, it turns out I actually had a bad motherboard and a bad GPU.

ASUS bios 1415 seems stable so far (if you have it available for your board).

Are you running an EXPO profile? see if there is any difference letting the RAM run at stock speeds if so.

I would personally try replacing the PSU next, including the cables.

Im having a similar problem. x670e extreme board. My PC will shut off. I'm getting the same WTSQueryUserToken Failed with 1008. Also, I get this "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. event id 41 task category (63)" Seems like the only person that has fixed anything swapped motherboard manufacturers. My PC shuts off several times a day. I have tried everything that I can think of. I replaced the RAM, which seems to have helped it some, but It's still doing it. With my motherboard version and some controversy atm, I'm afraid to update to the latest BIOS.

I have replaced the CPU, Motherboard, Ram.

    AMD Ryzen 0 7950x3d

    ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E EXTREME

    ASUS 4090 TUF OC

    WINDOWS 11
