Yeah I'm getting that kernel error.

Stange things going on just now. Unplugged all my USB devices, reinstalled graphics drivers, and haven't had a crash all evening!

Count me into this pile of broken machines..

    AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D

    MSI MAG X670E TOMAHAWK

    Zotac GeForce RTX 4090 Trinity

    32GB Corsair Vengence DDR5 RAM

    Crucial T700 2TB Gen5 NVMe

Corsair RMx Series RM850x 80 PLUS Gold Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Strange thing for me, is it would crash nonstop, then I uninstalled graphics drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

Installed the drivers again, and it worked for a few days, not a single crash!

Last night however, I tried setting up my VR and simrig. All was well at the time, but today, the machine won't stop crashing again!

Thought the graphics card was maybe overheating at first, but it stays cool.. 50c under max load.

Has anyone tried a more powerful powersupply unit? Could be this. =/

Hey there! I'm still working with ASUS and AMD. ASUS told me to chat with AMD and I sent my MSInfo32 and DxDiag report over and AMD is still looking into this. As far as PSUs go I have a corsair ax1600i titanium rated PSU. Also for science a MSI MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 1300w.. just to rule out the PSU. Still the same issue. Think it has something to do with the amd3dvcacheSvc(I get this along with the Kernal 41 power error) not playing nice with Windows. Might swap back over to the 7950x until all this gets sorted. Try a different PSU if you expect that maybe it is. Are you getting the Kernal 41 generic power error?

My pleasure Eric! I want to get to the bottom of this problem and have it where people can find the answer. I know it won't answer everyone's issue, but maybe it can help someone out there.
