amd3dvcacheSvc is causing errors, help needed

The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

    Could be right. Since replacing parts everything has worked fine. No crashes or shutdowns. I'm glad that your PC is fixed.

    OK so, I just went 8 days straight with no crashes. Played a rediculous amount of star citizen.

    Anyway, it started crashing again today.

    It was the first day it's been above 18 degrees Celsius outside.. as my pc usually lives in the attic, add a few more degrees for trapped heat, I'm suspecting these cpu's (or something in the pc) is fragile when it comes to a bit of warmth.

    Took my pc back downstairs where its a bit cooler, and is working fine again.

    So, I had the same error Kernal-Power 41 (63) twice after the new build, but this time without the amd3dvcacheSvc error to follow. I could use the beta BIOS for the MSI Godlike motherboard, which fixed everything. Crazy how I had the same issue with all the new parts. AMD wrote me this morning and approved the RMA for the other chip(I'm not sure if they found something in the files I sent them that made them suspect the CPU was faulty, Or maybe they are just playing it safe. I would say it had something to do with the amd3dvcacheSvc error, but people say their computers are still functional with this error. Either way, that earned points with me as a consumer and makes me feel like AMD cares enough about these issues.) I hope this helps. As I said before, I will keep everyone updated. Apologies that I couldn't be more help.

    Nice! Progress is good. Hopefully, you have this thing fixed. I have just finished reconfiguring everything again. New Mobo, CPU, and PSU. Other stuff on RMA. Unfortunately, I wont be able to tell you all if any specific thing fixed the issue. I will let you know the status over time with things that I have RMA'ed. I took some pictures of the CPU and sent them to AMD per their request and I've RMAed my PSU just to be sure. The motherboard is also going to get repaired... as I was uninstalling the motherboard, I accidentally bent a pen pretty bad. So, that sucks. Anyway, good luck, I'm hoping that you have no more crashes, friend.

    Update: Day 2, about 15 hours non stop gaming, no crashes.
