The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, let's keep us updated together.

But shouldn't it be caused by the CPU/chipset itself? As new RAM, new Mainboard (neither ASUS nor MSI), new CPU didn't solve the problem to most of us.

I am only getting the freezes when doing office work (Word), browsing through internet, idling as well.

In games it didn't freeze at any time.

I think it would be helpful if we would contact AMD.

Mine was only when watching YouTube, I couldn't go more than a few hours before it would freeze and eventually reboot. Had hardware acceleration off, turned it on and no issue in the last week.

Im having a similar problem. x670e extreme board. My PC will shut off. I'm getting the same WTSQueryUserToken Failed with 1008. Also, I get this "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. event id 41 task category (63)" Seems like the only person that has fixed anything swapped motherboard manufacturers. My PC shuts off several times a day. I have tried everything that I can think of. I replaced the RAM, which seems to have helped it some, but It's still doing it. With my motherboard version and some controversy atm, I'm afraid to update to the latest BIOS.

I have replaced the CPU, Motherboard, Ram.

    AMD Ryzen 0 7950x3d

    ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E EXTREME

    ASUS 4090 TUF OC

    WINDOWS 11

    Hi Mike,

Microsoft indicate that most of the errors in the Event viewer should be ignored and they are not an indication of anything wrong, that is just the way Windows is designed, and it will recover from those minor errors without the user even being aware they have occurred.

I do not think you have any problem on your PC if your system is running correctly with no problems.
