amd3dvcacheSvc is causing errors, help needed

The description for Event ID 1 from source amd3dvcacheSvc cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event: 

amd3dvcacheSvc

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table

CPU: 7800X3D

GPU: 7900XTX

Windows 10

32G DDR5-6000 CL36

This is a fresh build and I'm looking for some help with a few errors. One of which is the above. Any help would be appreciated.

    Maybe read his post, I have the same problem, crashes, reboots even at idle, fresh build fully up to date windows clean install. saying to ignore events that cause crashes is not what answers.microsoft is for.

    I ended up getting a new motherboard, which solved THIS issue. Sorry I can't be more help, but my ability to troubleshoot was limited by the time I had to return the 7800X3D. I returned it, tried a brand new CPU, still had the same random crashes and restarts. Got new RAM, same thing.

    New motherboard, problem solved.

    This is an event I am seeing in the event viewer. This is a new build and I'm getting crashes/random restarts even when the PC is idle. I am trying to go through the Event Viewer and identify as many issues and fixes as possible to try to solve my crashing issue.

    I did manage to resolve my issue, but I had to buy a new motherboard. My problem had SOMETHING to do with the RAM, even though it was on the QVL. Sent the board back to ASUS and the replacement didn't have the same issue. As an added note, it turns out I actually had a bad motherboard and a bad GPU.

    ASUS bios 1415 seems stable so far (if you have it available for your board).

    Are you running an EXPO profile? see if there is any difference letting the RAM run at stock speeds if so.

    I would personally try replacing the PSU next, including the cables.

    Are you experiencing problems with your Windows installation or just seeing those errors in the Event Viewer?

    That error relates to your AMD processor, the amd3dvcache service is in charge of managing the 3D cache's on your processor.
