Unexpected Store Exception Windows 11

I really need some help. I keep getting a blue screen of death every time I try to play a game. It also happens with some other programs that are quite heavy. This has been going on for some weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I have tried a lot of methods trying to fix this issue but nothing helped. I got recommended to use Event Viewer to check if something shows up on there. And yes something did. I get 2 errors before a blue screen of death named Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation and The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Because nothing has worked I decided to completely reinstall my windows 11 and it worked for 2 days , but now it started again. I really dont know what to do now and I really need some advice.

    Hi Matthew,

    Right click that file and select rename, then rename it to logi_audio_surround.sys.old

    then restart your PC that will stop that driver loading.

    on a different account now since I cant talk on the other one for some reason. tell me to try again later. I did what you said and restarted my laptop. I dont have sound from my monitor and headset now everything is gone from that. also the microphone. what now

    I didnt get a blue screen so far right now i just dont have sound input or output from my equipment

    Hi Matthew,

    Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the audio drivers they recommend
