Unexpected Store Exception Windows 11

I really need some help. I keep getting a blue screen of death every time I try to play a game. It also happens with some other programs that are quite heavy. This has been going on for some weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I have tried a lot of methods trying to fix this issue but nothing helped. I got recommended to use Event Viewer to check if something shows up on there. And yes something did. I get 2 errors before a blue screen of death named Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation and The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Because nothing has worked I decided to completely reinstall my windows 11 and it worked for 2 days , but now it started again. I really dont know what to do now and I really need some advice.

    Hi Matthew,

    If you use the steps above, that should cause your PC to produce minidump files.

    I did what you asked me to I used the driver verifier and restarted my pc it crashed twice with a blue screen and the error was logo audio or audi something. Then it went into repair mode and I could log in. But when I got it I couldn't click on anything. So I went into safe mode to try reseting the verifier but I can't click on anything there either. Help

    Hi Matthew,

    Can you open Command Prompt in the Recovery Environment to run those two commands?

    if not, in the Recovery Environment, select the option for System Restore and restore your PC to the restore point you created.
