Unexpected Store Exception Windows 11

I really need some help. I keep getting a blue screen of death every time I try to play a game. It also happens with some other programs that are quite heavy. This has been going on for some weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I have tried a lot of methods trying to fix this issue but nothing helped. I got recommended to use Event Viewer to check if something shows up on there. And yes something did. I get 2 errors before a blue screen of death named Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation and The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Because nothing has worked I decided to completely reinstall my windows 11 and it worked for 2 days , but now it started again. I really dont know what to do now and I really need some advice.

    Hello, I am facing the same problem now. How did you know the problem was related to the newly installed SSD? I installed a new SSD from Samsung around 2~3 months ago, but I couldn't see if it's the main reason for the crashes.

    Hi - I had a new Lenovo laptop which worked fine with Win 10 > Win 11 for almost 6 months but was really sluggish to boot up. That prompted me to upgrade the boot drive to a SSD from Kingston and from that point on, the BSODs started. I spent a huge amount of time trying to troubleshoot and get to the root cause but eveything was vague w.r.t. the Exception and the cause.

    Finally I re-opened the laptop and removed the SSD to check with the Original config. and was back to a stable one. That's how I zeroed in on the SSD. Another point, when I looked up on the internet about this issue, I came across a forum post which described an identical issue for another user of a Kingston SSD and that confirmed it for me.
    Recently, I read that Western Digital and Sandisk have released FW updates for their SSDs to address a similar issue. Might be worthwhile to check that aspect for your SSD as well...

    Do you have a dump generated from any of the crashes? If yes, did you try analyzing those?
