Unexpected Store Exception Windows 11

I really need some help. I keep getting a blue screen of death every time I try to play a game. It also happens with some other programs that are quite heavy. This has been going on for some weeks now and I dont know what to do.

I have tried a lot of methods trying to fix this issue but nothing helped. I got recommended to use Event Viewer to check if something shows up on there. And yes something did. I get 2 errors before a blue screen of death named Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation and The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Because nothing has worked I decided to completely reinstall my windows 11 and it worked for 2 days , but now it started again. I really dont know what to do now and I really need some advice.

    Hi Matthew,

    Please upload that minidump file for analysis, I did not see your last reply, when responding on Community please click the Reply button so I get an Email Notification

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.

    hello? I really just want this problem to be fixed. Paid a lot for this laptop and i dont want it to go to waste

    Yes there now is a file named minidump

    Is there any minidump files in C:\Windows\Minidump or a very late file named Memory.dmp in C:\Windows?

    I cant reply anymore I dont know why but yes there now is a file named minidump
