    Nice of you to do a video to install Explorer Patcher which is the solution everyone is looking for.

    You should do the follow up video now on how to limit Windows 11 from installing 24H2 or later, while also maintaining security patches. In 24H2 Microsoft has decided to prevent users from being able to do anything but taskbar at the bottom. Microsoft knows what's best for you obviously.

    Hello Jennifer,

    Honestly, I believe we are stuck with the taskbar at the bottom on Windows 11.

    If you browse backwards through the pages of entries, you will find a post and video on:

    How To Move Windows 11 Taskbar To Left Side Of Screen Requires installing a patch from "GitHub" called "ExplorerPatcher."

    I'm not big on letting an executable from an unknown source alter my Windows registry, but some people swear by it, so here's the tutorial link below.

    Google this: explorerpatcher GitHub and browse through the 182 issues reported.

    One user indicates the file was detected as TROJAN:Win64/Malgent!MSR

    I understand with 24H2 the ability to do the prescribed modification goes away.

    I personnaly have not tried the "GitHub" fix.

    I am running Explorer Patcher on all my Win 11 systems including pretty heavily monitored work systems and it's fine. While I understand the concern, I really don't believe malware is a concern here. I'd be more concerned with the data Microsoft is collecting. LOL

    I am running Explorer Patcher on all my Win 11 systems including pretty heavily monitored work systems and it's fine. While I understand the concern, I really don't believe malware is a concern here. I'd be more concerned with the data Microsoft is collecting. LOL

    I am most concerned with 24H2. I'm on 23H2 and the posted instructions on preventing it from applying don't work on my Windows 11 systems. How do I prevent 24H2 from coming and breaking my systems?
