Honestly, I believe we are stuck with the taskbar at the bottom on Windows 11.

How To Move Windows 11 Taskbar To Left Side Of Screen Requires installing a patch from "GitHub" called "ExplorerPatcher."
I'm not big on letting an executable from an unknown source alter my Windows registry, but some people swear by it, so here's the tutorial link below.

One user indicates the file was detected as TROJAN:Win64/Malgent!MSR
I understand with 24H2 the ability to do the prescribed modification goes away.
I personnaly have not tried the "GitHub" fix.
