This system update is pathetic. Everything that has been done is worse than in previous version. It looks crappy and you took away the good features. Why the hell do you make my computer feel like a damn smartphone? I don't want it! I think your lazy asses could at least provide quick revert function so that the system looks and feels like previous version while keeping the "enhancements" of the new version.

    I totally agree with you.

I've been using Windows since 3.1, only version I skipped was ME, because of all complains about bad changes.

Windows 11 is the new Millennium Edition.

    Hi,

This is incorrect. That only moves the alignment of the icons/buttons from center to left. They and the task bar all remain on the bottom of the page. How can we get the whole taskbar to the left side of the screen where the icons/buttons are lined up vertically? This was always an option previously.

Does MSFT poll users when removing features or do they make that decision for the users? Do they do any real-life user testing?

Windows is supposed to be a helpful tool however it seems with each update, there are changes which require users to adjust and accommodate new limitations. Why take a feature away that is helpful?

Yep. Seems like Windows 11 doesn't let you move the taskbar (just the icons).

I'm sitting here completely unable to use my email, because the taskbar at the bottom is blocking my ability to click the send/save buttons.

(I can't make the taskbar hide, even though I have "Automatically Hide Taskbar" selected)

Kind of amazing that Windows 98 worked great, and 25 years later, I can't even send an email.

I want to have the taskbar appear vertically on the left side of my screen like I had it in Windows 10.
