I'm telling you .. this does exactly what I needed to get the Taskbar on the left. It has worked perfectly for a while now through multiple large Windows 11 updates. The devs keep it up-to-date and it has many many options with clear explanations and even a way to check for updates.

Just get the latest ep_setup.exe and run it on your Win 11 sys from here: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases?per_page=1

Also consider donating to this project (top right labeled Sponsor). I need these guys to keep this working or I am done and unable to work. Yes Microsoft, it is THAT BAD for power users to not be able to move the taskbar.

In the new Windows 11 Only two options are there in alignment Center and left . After choosing one of these Icons on Taskbar will go to left or Center not taskbar. Please provide correct information about moving taskbar itself to left side of screen and not the icons position

I agree with you they shouldn't have removed this functionality cuz it is inconvenience for some tasks. I prefer side task bar which I had to use 3rd party application which was possible in windows 7

Whoever is responsible for the decision of removing this feature from windows 11, should be swiftly fired or demoted. What a misery!
