    THIS! The was the clear question! Why did Windows 11 move taskbar to bottom! I have spent an hour trying to move it back to left side vertically! This is just an absurd waste of our time!!

    I do not have a second monitor, one person said this worked for him :  Update : I found the issue , I had to change some Transluscenttb settings to get it worked. It's fine now , Thanks for trying to help me
