I want the whole task bar (not just the apps) to be moved to left so that the task bar and the apps are vertically placed on the left side of the screen. Is this possible? I was able to do this easily in the previous Window version.

Indeed, the provided reply doesn't answer the question.
I get it fixed using this external fix you can find here : https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher
Not the best to do, but the only way I found so far.
I hope Microsoft will work on that fix soon.

2024-01-21T19:22:37+00:00 Thank you, as I did not know about this. Feedback hub had 27,000 comments and likes there on one comment about this alone. And a reply from Jennifer of Microsoft from year ago stating that "We'll be continuing to evolve Windows 11 and its features based on feedback like this, so thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback", which says they are not going to anything about it.
