Why, why on earth did you take out one of the most useful features of Windows?!!!!!

Also the new Start menu, in Win10 it was so much more comfortable to group the pinned apps.

This new Windows version is so ****#d up.

That doers not work. It only moves icons to left. We want to move the whole task bar to to left side of the screen like windows xp.

definitely MS forgot to give an interface to define the location of taskbar. lets wait till Windows 11 updates.

soso far what i have tried is an 3rd party software can achieve that. but register key can not.

The taskbar issue is preventing me from using excel tabs, tabs in google sheets, using any button on any program that is under the taskbar, sharing when I am working and doing virtual visits - it is really disrupting work.

In addition, I can no longer use my touch pad because windows 11 has put my computer permanently into tablet mode removing the option to switch between desktop and tablet. I had to buy a mouse to continue to use my computer which means when I do remote visits I have to drag everything with me and hope there is space to have the mousepad and mouse.

This has become so inconvenient and really impacts productivity.

I have found that ExplorerPatcher, https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/wiki, is still working perfectly on my Windows 11 computer, as of November 16, 2023. Hope it works for you.
