No it was not helpful because it did not move the Taskbar at all. It only move the apps on the Taskbar. The question was how to I move the taskbar itself.

The given answer is obviously wrong. Microsoft was too lazy and stupid with Windows 11, which is arguably the worst OS Microsoft has ever produced, to allow for the movement of the Taskbar. I've read that it can still be done by changing the Registry. That didn't work for me though. I can't wait to dump Windows 11.
