I have a same problem finding Alexa in Microsoft store Windows 10.

After chatting with Amazon.ca support, he finally recommended downloading from this link. It doesn't seem to be the latest version, but it will do. https://downloads.digitaltrends.com/amazon-alexa/windows

Actually after a day or so, Microsoft store will notify you that there is an update and you can update it to the latest version.

I did as suggested on this forum and installed an old version, then in the Windows Store under 'Library', I updated the app to the latest. Its an app similar to that on my TV and its not as functional as the app on my phone, but it does work for checking your devices.

    Actually I was partially incorrect.

Microsoft and Amazon signed a deal in 2017 integrating Alexa with Cortana. In order for Alexa to work in PC's, the PC would use Cortana --- then Cortana talks to Alexa, then Alexa talks back to you.

Microsoft and Amazon terminated the deal in 2021.

Since Amazon never made a standalone version of Alexa on PC, even if you install the Alexa app, it would not work. That's why they pulled the app from the Microsoft Store because that version requires Cortana to talk to Alexa.
