MSN, Community guidelines and standards being inappropriately applied.

I have been experiencing the same exact issue. So much so, that I have now started to compile a database of my comments, which were flagged as "inappropriate" by the 'MSN Community Guidelines", when it is clear to any Lamens person that this comment is clearly not "offensive" in any way. I also agree with what you are saying about the biased environment this is creating on the MSN forums. I would say that this arbitrary 'flagging' or disabling comments on the forums are by design and are actually being manipulated by certain 'MSN Moderators' as a form of manipulation and censorship of FREE SPEECH.

   Even though there are controls that any privately run online forum can implement, the MSN forums being arbitrarily run by political "hacks" and agenda driven manipulation tactics by using the "MSN Community Guidelines' as a shield or justification to limit or disable a person's speech on the MSN Forums should be considered abhorrent and anti-democratic, and even especially, Anti-Free Speech and thereby tyrannical in nature.

  I am looking to email, communicate, and/or address these things with whomever is affiliated or in any capacity running these MSN Forums, and what kind of enforcement exists, on the "enforcers" of the MSN Community guidelines. There needs to be transparency and accountability on the 'grievance' process on what comments are being flagged for being inappropriate. As of now, there is none. There are no ways I can email, or challenge any of my comments being arbitrarily blocked by MSN moderators or it's server's. Which is why I am commenting on this web forum.

  I will actually be looking for legal remedy on this issue, and or what laws apply if any, or what recourse I will have to actively protest MSN lack of interest or action on this issue. I wish the MSN parent company to Fix the arbitrary "Community Guidelines enforcement" algorithm or shut down the MSN Forums altogether, again. Please do. Because if you aren't going to allow free speech, but instead secretly censor the forums, but only create an illusion of impartiality. This then makes the MSN Forum a politically motivated propaganda tool.

However, it is more sinister than you suggest. The blocking certain posts are not random in nature, put actually, the 'AI' can be manipulated or "tweaked" to some degree to arbitrarily block certain words. I have proven this fact, by attempting to post the very same words, or even more 'controversial' words, in other forums, on other days, and magically my comment got through with no blocking at all. This tells me that there is not some universal 'magical' (if you will) AI 'god' that applies the block evenly and consistently. No-Way. Like I said, I have already proven this theory to be completely false. There are some types of ways the AI can be manipulated, by some degree to determine what gets blocked, versus what does not. This is my own professional and experienced opinion on this tech.

You are absolutely correct. My experience and view are the absolute same as yours. The MSN 'AI' is not actually implementing consistent universal process, but instead archaic and arbitrary manipulation. Get rid of the AI and have human moderation. I would even say that the AI is being manipulated, and they are trying to hide behind the 'AI' as a shield of annominity when in fact, the AI is being manipulated. You have perfectly explained this, as I have in my prior comment on this topic. I am in complete agreement with you though. The MSN 'AI" is arbitrarily flagging comments. You have proved this, and I have proved this. Now MSN needs to take note of this and do something to resolve it.

It is scary. It means the AI itself can be arbitrary, or can be encouraged to be arbitrary, in one direction or another. In either case, it shows arbitrary manipulation. And because this is 'AI' tech, and it is promoted as the model to strive and implement, then yes this should really, really scare everyone. BIGTIME. But more importantly, it should embolden people like you, me, and others to expose what is happening, and stop it from happening again, and/or correct the issue. The only way this can happen is if more people become involved, and are fearless in how we challenge this archaic 'AI' and the promoters of such tech.
