MSN, Community guidelines and standards being inappropriately applied.

I have been experiencing issues with posting comments on MSN for the past few months. My comments are often flagged as not complying with the community guidelines, despite my efforts to carefully craft them to avoid offending or accusing anyone. My intention is to provide supplemental information and alternative perspectives on topics and reports. I have also noticed that many news stories on MSN contain inaccurate and false information, and comments are often disabled for these stories. This creates a biased environment on the MSN website, as it does not allow for alternative information to be presented. I believe my comments do not violate the community standards and I would like to be able to resume posting comments like the one below, as sometimes presenting facts and refuting poor ideas is necessary.

    Oh, I absolutely agree. I can even top your comment. MSN has posted an article. I have taken part of that same article, put it in quotes and posted it....and it was flagged as violating community standards. THEIR OWN ARTICLE. It's just absurd. People can use any sort of language they want if they're on one side of the political spectrum, but you can't even respond to those people using language that wouldn't be considered offensive in any situation. I've pretty much quit responding to articles. If you can't have a conversation, what's the point?

    Sorry, liberal here. And I get dinged all the time. The problem is word choice, not content, and why the bot thinks some words are "profane" or "hate speech" completely puzzles me, particularly since others in the thread, both conservative and liberal, are using the exact same words and getting posted.

    Try fiddling around with the wording of what you think is "censored" conservative speech. It will probably post eventually, though it is a whack a mole process.

    That is an interesting commentary on the rising use of AI. It actually stops reasonable people from contributing. That's scary.

    On the subject of "sigh" as profanity, which I've described in other posts on this thread. I was trying to tell the person with whom I was having a back and forth about how when I left "sigh" out a comment it posted just fine. So, since I was rather scared to use that word. I tried "Sagh with an i, not an a" Nope, profanity. I tried "sound you make when you take a deep breath, then let it out, indicating despond--begins with S."

    Nope, profanity. I can only conclude that if you say "word beginning with S" the bot thinks you must mean "****."

    my problem isn't having the opinion rejected. It is the WORDING that is rejected. I've been playing catch a mole trying to reword until I hit the magic combo. By "reword" I mean simply trying synonyms for the words I used--none of them profane or hate filled.

    The problem is not the rules. It is how they are applied--completely arbitrarily, not to mention with no clue as to WHY they are flagged. I am all for preventing hate speech but completely innocuous stuff is being flagged that way.

    On example: I had a three paragraph answer to someone. Flagged as hate speech, though it wasn't close. So I divided it into THREE posts, copying and pasting so the exact same words were used. All of them posted. You can't say it was context, because the answer was to different parts of the post and otherwise unrelated to any stream of argument.
