MSN, Community guidelines and standards being inappropriately applied.

I have been experiencing issues with posting comments on MSN for the past few months. My comments are often flagged as not complying with the community guidelines, despite my efforts to carefully craft them to avoid offending or accusing anyone. My intention is to provide supplemental information and alternative perspectives on topics and reports. I have also noticed that many news stories on MSN contain inaccurate and false information, and comments are often disabled for these stories. This creates a biased environment on the MSN website, as it does not allow for alternative information to be presented. I believe my comments do not violate the community standards and I would like to be able to resume posting comments like the one below, as sometimes presenting facts and refuting poor ideas is necessary.

“To explore the topic, I recommend looking into the double slit experiment and Schrodinger’s cat. Rather than simply providing answers, it is important to seek understanding by researching and contemplating the materials. Asking for answers is not affective, especially with complex topics like this, as human beings tend to have biases that hinder their ability to seek the reality of the situation due to cognitive dissidence. All I've given you some clues on what to research and I wish you the best of luck in your pursuit of understanding.”

I have been flagged for violating community guidelines by saying a nut allergy is "life-threatening". Probably the word "threatening". How freaking petty and pathetic are your algorithms that it picks up words and calls it violating when no hate speech, threat, etc. has been used in a comment.

It has nothing to do with politics. Paranoia is not called for. It is unmonitored bots. Only they could think the word "Sigh" was profanity.

Automated systems don't care what politics you practice, only the words in the comments. Obviously Microsoft has their AI flagging lots of stuff it probably shouldn't. But it'll be up to product team to determine what tweaks need to be made.
